CSV
The CSV file uses ; (semicolon) as separator. The first row is the header.
codice_cliente;riferimento_ordine;data_ordine;data_consegna;codice_articolo;descrizione;quantita;unita_misura;prezzo_unitario;note;note_riga
CLI001;ORD-2025-001234;2025-10-15;2025-11-01;ART-500;Flange DN50 PN16;100;PZ;12.50;Delivery to central warehouse;

Each CSV row corresponds to an order line. Header fields (codice_cliente, riferimento_ordine, etc.) must be repeated on every row.
The file must be encoded in UTF-8. If you use Excel to generate it, verify that the export is in CSV UTF-8 format.

Which format should you choose?

|---|---|
| Your management system exports structured files | XML |
| You use Excel or spreadsheets | CSV |
