How DARC Bridge Works
DARC Bridge completely automates the process of transmitting orders from the customer's management system to the Inciflex system, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
Operational Flow
The process is divided into four main phases:
1️⃣ Order Registration
The customer registers the order normally in their business management system, without modifying their usual operational procedures.
DARC Bridge does not require changes to the customer's existing operational procedures.
2️⃣ Automatic Detection
The application automatically detects the insertion of the new order through:
- REST API: Direct calls from the management system
- Database Polling: Periodic checking of order tables
- File Watch: Monitoring of shared folders
- Webhook: Push notifications from the customer system
3️⃣ Data Transformation
The data is automatically extracted, transformed, and adapted to the format required by Inciflex:
During this phase, DARC Bridge:
- Extracts data from the original order
- Validates the correctness and completeness of the information
- Maps the fields according to predefined configurations
- Transforms the data into the format required by Inciflex
4️⃣ Transmission and Registration
The order is sent and registered automatically in DARC, without human intervention.
The same order feeds both information systems (customer and supplier) simultaneously, ensuring consistency and synchronization.
System Architecture
DARC Bridge is structured into four main modules:
Client Module
Function: Connection to the customer's management system and order acquisition
- Establishes the connection with the customer's system
- Monitors the insertion of new orders
- Acquires order data in real-time
Conversion Engine
Function: Data format adaptation and consistency verification
- Transforms data from customer format to Inciflex format
- Applies configured mapping rules
- Performs automatic consistency checks
- Handles conversions of measurement units, currencies, and codes
Provider Module
Function: Automatic data transmission to the supplier's system
- Transmits validated orders to the Inciflex system
- Handles automatic retries in case of temporary errors
- Confirms receipt and registration of orders
Web Dashboard
Function: Real-time control and monitoring of transmissions
- Displays the status of all orders in transit
- Provides statistics and reports
- Allows manual interventions when necessary
- Manages alerts and notifications
Bidirectional Integration
DARC Bridge optionally supports bidirectional integration, allowing:
- Receipt of order confirmations from Inciflex
- Obtaining progress status updates
- Synchronization of changes and variations
- Receipt of shipping notifications
Bidirectional integration can be configured according to specific customer needs.
Security and Traceability
Every operation performed by DARC Bridge is:
- 🔒 Encrypted - All communications use secure protocols (HTTPS, TLS)
- 📝 Logged - Every transmission is tracked with timestamp and details
- ✅ Verified - Integrity checks ensure data correctness
- 📊 Monitored - Real-time dashboard for complete visibility
- 🔔 Notified - Automatic alerts in case of anomalies
Next Steps
